4. Once you have selected the product you can “continue shopping” or “process order”.
5. To process your order you must register with your email address.
6. Select the method of payment.
7. Confirm your order.
8. You will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of your order.

 

Modify your order

You can modify your order, provided it has not been processed, by contacting our customer service department.

 

Cancel your order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department.

Mi María Morena makes handmade jewellery, which involves a handicraft process in which minor differences can appear in the pieces. The company reserves the right to make small variations in its designs, at any time, for production reasons.

PAYMENT

The prices of our Online Shop include 21% Value Added Tax (VAT), except for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and and countries outside the European community.

The purchase methods allowed for making your purchase are:

  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

Purchasing on the website mimariamorena.com is completely secure, as we have the resources necessary to guarantee the security of your purchases and personal data. The data provided will be processed in an encrypted manner.

Your card can be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Card expired.
  • Card that has exceeded the limit allowed for purchases.
  • The details entered are incorrect.

DELIVERY

Cost of delivery:

  • Delivery to mainland Spain and Portugal: €3.90 (incl. VAT)
  • Delivery to Balearic Islands: €4.95 (incl. VAT)
  • Delivery to Ceuta and Melilla: €5.85
  • Delivery to Canary Islands: €7.30
  • Delivery to European Community: €17.55 (incl. VAT).
  • Delivery to countries outside the European community: €22.50
  • Purchases above €80.00 will not have any delivery cost (only for mainland Spain and Portugal)
  • Costs incurred for cash on delivery and PayPal are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive your order at the address you provide.

The delivery time will be 5 to 10 workings days.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming it has been dispatched.

 

BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be carried out using the Correos 72h package delivery service.

Possible customs charges are not included in our rates and will be billed separately.

In cases in which the article has arrived at its destination and the customer rejects the package at customs, the cost of the return and the procedures arising from dealing with it will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The costs of customs and taxes related to the delivery shall be paid in the destination country by the customer. These charges are not included in the price of the product or that of delivery. This condition is accepted upon making a purchase.

In cases in which the article has arrived at its destination and the customer refuses to pay the customs and processing charges, both the delivery costs and the duties will be deducted from the total refund amount.

EXCHANGES

You have a period of 14 days to exchange an article purchased through our Online Shop. To do so, please contact our customer service department.

If you receive an article that does not correspond to your order or, in the unlikely event that an article is damaged, please inform us as soon as possible and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

The article should be returned in perfect condition (unused and with the corresponding label).

RETURNS

You have a period of 14 days to return an article purchased through our Online Shop. To do so, please contact our customer service department at hola@mimariamorena.com, indicating the name and surname, order number and article reference. The costs of return are free (only Spain & Portugal) For international orders, the client must pay the return shipping and send it to Mi Maria Morena C/Castelao 12 -1ºA 36600 Villagarcía de Arousa (Pontevedra) ESPAÑA

The article must be in perfect condition (unused and with the corresponding label). Once we have approved the return, you will receive a confirmation email, informing you that in a few days you will receive the refund in your account, deducting the corresponding delivery costs (unless delivery is free of charge or the return is due to a defect/error in the order).
